1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 1winn platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the entirety of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

This acceptance constitutes a valid and binding contract between you as the player and 1winn as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy of 1winn, each of which is considered part of this overall agreement.

2 Player Eligibility

To register and use the 1winn platform, players must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under local law.
• Not be an employee, partner, shareholder or immediate family member of a 1winn employee.
• Not be listed on any active gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Be responsible for ensuring that online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

1winn reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found not to meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and unwagered funds may be returned at the operator's discretion.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to register one account on the 1winn platform. Owning multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different information, different devices or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information including your full name as per your MyKad, a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address. Any changes to account information must be updated through the account panel or by contacting customer service.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login information. 1winn will not be held responsible for unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to keep their account information confidential.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The 1winn platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. Minimum withdrawal per request is RM50. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after confirmation is received.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same name as the 1winn account holder. Using a third party's account for transaction purposes is prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being held pending further review.

• 1winn does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals made through supported methods.
• Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers are beyond 1winn's control.
• Withdrawal requests that have been submitted cannot be cancelled once they are in the processing stage.
• 1winn reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving certain withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

1winn offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted on the bonus funds or winnings derived from them.

All bonuses offered by 1winn are subject to their respective specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Bonus terms relating to eligible games, contribution rates towards wagering requirements, bonus validity periods and maximum bet limits are among the conditions that must be met.

1winn reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, use of betting strategies intended to exploit bonuses, or any form of fraud identified.

6 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1winn platform — including sports betting, online slot games, live casino, crash games and card games — are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that betting details are correct before confirmation.

1winn reserves the right to cancel or correct bets placed based on odds or outcomes resulting from technical errors, display errors, or unusual circumstances beyond the platform's normal control. In such situations, the bet deposit will be returned to the player's account.

• Bets placed by suspended accounts or accounts under review are void.
• Players may not use bots, automation software, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in betting.
• Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes through unauthorised means will result in immediate account closure.

7 Prohibitions and Usage Restrictions

Use of the 1winn platform is strictly prohibited for the following activities:

• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates the law.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's identity without authorisation.
• Transferring funds between different player accounts for suspicious purposes.
• Using more than one account to gain an unfair advantage in promotions.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or location-masking tools to bypass applicable geo-restrictions.
• Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action including account suspension, permanent account closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities if unlawful activity is identified.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

1winn reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, authority requests, or licensing compliance requirements.

Players may also request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, any eligible real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal subject to the required compliance review.

Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible to recover any bonus balance or pending winnings under review.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 1winn platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 1winn makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from technical errors, or be accessible at all times.

Under no circumstances will 1winn be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, beyond the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Players acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that the decision to bet is entirely at the player's own discretion and responsibility. 1winn is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting activity.

10 Responsible Gambling

1winn takes its social responsibility towards responsible gambling seriously. Our platform provides self-control tools for players who need help managing their gambling habits.

Players who feel that their gambling activity is beginning to have a negative impact on their daily life, personal relationships, or finances are encouraged to use the following options through our customer support:

• Daily or weekly deposit limits — set a cap on the amount that can be deposited within a given period.
• Betting limits — restrict the maximum amount that can be wagered in a gaming session.
• Temporary self-suspension — suspend access to the account for a set period at the player's request.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close the account for players who choose to stop entirely.

1winn only collects information necessary for platform operations, compliance with international licensing requirements, identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Player information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent.

Player data is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to player information is limited to authorised personnel only and is subject to strict internal control policies.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing under which 1winn operates. The platform operates under a recognised international licence.

Any dispute arising between a player and 1winn should first be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team. Players are encouraged to contact us via live chat or email to raise any complaint before taking further action.
